Goodna Rugby Leagues Football Club hosted their Sportsmans Lunch in February 2025.
Guest speakers on the day were Cameron Smith and Trevor Gilmister. Boris was the Comedian on the day and had everyone in fits of laughter.
Our club members and guests enjoyed the day with Cameron Smith enthrauling those that attended with many stories from his playing days.
Local Councilor Paul Tully, Major of Ipswich Tarresa Harding and Local member for Bundamba Lance McCallum attending the day.
An auction was held with club President Graham Wyeth overseeing the drawing of the prizes.
The clubhouse catered for the event with a fantastice variety of hot and cold food which all attending throughly enjoyed.
The day was a massive success and thanks to those on the committee that ensured it ran without a hitch.
